Karen Bumpass
Karen Bumpass has been a part of the ACA family for quite some time as her youngest, Wesley, attended from 4th grade through his graduation from ACA. She is a dedicated community member, catering events such as Senior Breakfast, Staff Lunches, Board Acceditation Dinners, and more.

Matt Hall
Matt Hall has been on the Ministry Board since 2024. He and his wife, Ralene, have been at ACA/Little
Sprouts since 2020 and have three children in the Logic and Grammar school programs. In his personal life, he is a project manager and program analyst for the Tech Ops Supply Chain team within American
Airlines.
Matt and his family attend Hillside Community Church in Keller, TX and spends his free time in his wood
shop building new craft projects, working on his house and vehicles for his family and friends. His goal is
to help guide ACA to become a beacon of light that the Lord has called him to become for all the families
and children within the school. He is excited to serve the families of ACA/Little Sprouts for years to
come.

Enzo Marchese
Enzo is looking forward to adding value to an already great team of people who love this school, pray over it and seek the Lord for guidance. He is the proud father of two, Kati who will be a nurse in Arkansas shortly and Mateo who is entering 2nd grade at ACA. His personality and voice round the corner before he does! I’m married to Sandra who has taught Spanish and Latin at ACA and who volunteers her time helping moms and teachers. We live in Haslet and are members of Mercy Culture Church in Fort Worth. We want to help ACA grow, thrive and impact our community!

Jill Miller, Secretary of Ministry Board
Jill Miller has been a part of the ACA family since 2011, both as a parent and a staff member. She was a 4th & 2nd grade teacher here at ACA for 4 years before heading to teach 4th grade dual language in public school for 6 years.
In 2019, Jill started a company called Teacher, Be Still whose mission is to encourage and equip educators. Since then, Jill has hosted events with hundreds of educators, works directly with school boards large and small, speaks to schools all over Texas, and equips teachers in schools all over the world. Her passion is taking care of educators and pouring the hope and love of Jesus into one of the most influential areas of our world - education.
Jill & her husband, John, attend Bridgeway Church in Copper Canyon. They have 4 kids, one son-in-law, a grandbaby, and another on the way!

Justin Paeltz, Ministry Board Member
Dr. Justin Paeltz has been on the Ministry Board since 2022 and has three children at ACA / Little Sprouts, including the newest addition to their family just last year. He and his wife both are chiropractors and own a successful practice since 2013.
Justin attends Grace Community Church in N. Fort Worth and spends his free time outdoors with his family. His goal is to see ACA become a perfect example of what University Model Schools can provide for all children and is excited to serve the families for years to come.

Andrew Ryks, CHAIRMAN OF Ministry Board
Andrew Ryks has been a member of the Ministry Board since 2022. He and his wife, Ashley, have been at ACA/Little Sprouts since 2016 and currently have three kids in the Logic & Grammar schools. In his personal life, he is the General Manager at Duininck TX, a heavy civil construction company in Roanoke, TX. Andrew, his wife, Ashley, and their three children are members at 121 Community Church in Grapevine, TX. In his personal time, Andrew enjoys watching his kids play sports, hunting and fishing when he gets time.
