STEPHEN ENGEL, Chairman of Ministry Board
Stephen is the Chairman of the Ministry Board at ACA-LS. He and his family have been associated with ACA-LS for many years, with their daughter just recently graduating from ACA. Stephen is in his fifth year serving on the Ministry Board. In his professional life, Stephen is a business consultant. His focus is on resolving internal and external business and technological issues for companies of all sizes, improving their health and vitality for increased and enduring success in the marketplace. Stephen, his wife, Casey, and their children are members of Keystone Church in Keller. In his personal time, Stephen enjoys fishing, hunting, raising cattle and working on various building projects.

Jill Miller, Secretary of Ministry Board
Jill Miller has been a part of the ACA family since 2011, both as a parent and a staff member. She was a 4th & 2nd grade teacher here at ACA for 4 years before heading to teach 4th grade dual language in public school for 6 years.
In 2019, Jill started a company called Teacher, Be Still whose mission is to encourage and equip educators. Since then, Jill has hosted events with hundreds of educators, works directly with school boards large and small, speaks to schools all over Texas, and equips teachers in schools all over the world. Her passion is taking care of educators and pouring the hope and love of Jesus into one of the most influential areas of our world - education.

Justin Paeltz, Ministry Board Member
Dr. Justin Paeltz has been on the Ministry Board since 2022 and has three children at ACA / Little Sprouts, including the newest addition to their family just last year. He and his wife both are chiropractors and own a successful practice since 2013.
Justin attends Grace Community Church in N. Fort Worth and spends his free time outdoors with his family. His goal is to see ACA become a perfect example of what University Model Schools can provide for all children and is excited to serve the families for years to come.

Andrew Ryks, Vice Chair of Ministry Board
Andrew Ryks has been a member of the Ministry Board since 2022. He and his wife, Ashley, have been at ACA/Little Sprouts since 2016 and currently have three kids in the Logic & Grammar schools. In his personal life, he is the General Manager at Duininck TX, a heavy civil construction company in Roanoke, TX. Andrew, his wife, Ashley, and their three children are members at 121 Community Church in Grapevine, TX. In his personal time, Andrew enjoys watching his kids play sports, hunting and fishing when he gets time.
