Paul Neir, Board of Trustees

Paul has been a board member and trustee with ACA & Little Sprouts for over ten years. Recognizing the importance of Christian based education, Paul has served in various capacities at the school as well as within his local church family.  Being raised on a small farm in Iowa, Paul was blessed with Godly parents who loved and served the Lord throughout their lives. Their example had a major influence on Paul’s life and his desire to fulfill Matthew 23:11 “But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.” Paul has been a business owner for over thirty years running a successful insurance focused executive search firm. Through his business connections, Paul has had the opportunity to build relationships with thousands of individuals and the Lord has greatly blessed Paul’s career. Colossians 3:23-24 is Paul’s life verse which says (in part), “working for the Lord, not for human masters”. Paul and his wife, Karla, have two daughters and five grandchildren who live in the local area. Being involved in their activities keep Paul and Karla busy in their spare time. It is a privilege to serve at ACA-LS as together we fulfill our vision of “Developing Lifelong Leaders and Learners Loving the Lord.”
